By accessing or using Babel, you agree to these Terms of Service. Babel 提供实时双向语音翻译、转录及结构化会议纪要功能。我们持续改进服务，可能随时调整、增加或移除功能。Babel provides real-time two-way speech translation, transcription, and structured meeting summaries. We continually improve the service and may adjust, add, or remove features at any time.Babel cung cấp dịch giọng nói hai chiều thời gian thực, phiên âm và tóm tắt cuộc họp có cấu trúc. Chúng tôi liên tục cải tiến và có thể điều chỉnh, thêm hoặc gỡ tính năng bất cứ lúc nào.

3.账户AccountsTài khoản

4.订阅与付费Subscriptions & billingĐăng ký & thanh toán

• 免费档：每月 120 分钟翻译额度及基础功能。Free plan: 120 translation minutes per month plus basic features.Gói miễn phí: 120 phút dịch mỗi tháng cùng các tính năng cơ bản.
• Plus 档：每月 600 分钟双向翻译，$8.88/月或 $79.9/年；新用户首月 $1.99，次月起按 $8.88/月自动续费。Plus plan: 600 two-way translation minutes per month, $8.88/month or $79.9/year; new users pay $1.99 for the first month, then $8.88/month on auto-renewal.Gói Plus: 600 phút dịch hai chiều mỗi tháng, $8.88/tháng hoặc $79.9/năm; người dùng mới trả $1.99 tháng đầu, sau đó tự động gia hạn $8.88/tháng.

• 自动续费（银行卡）：以银行卡订阅的套餐将按所选周期（月/年）自动续费并扣款；首次订阅页会明示价格与周期。你可随时在应用「账户 → 管理订阅」一键取消，取消后仍可使用至当前周期结束，之后回落至免费档；到期续费前我们会提前发送邮件提醒。Auto-renewal (card): plans purchased by card renew automatically each billing period (monthly or yearly) at the price shown at checkout. You can cancel anytime in the app (Account → Manage subscription); access continues until the end of the current period, then your account returns to the free plan. We email a reminder before each renewal.Tự động gia hạn (thẻ): gói mua bằng thẻ sẽ tự động gia hạn theo chu kỳ đã chọn (tháng/năm) với giá hiển thị lúc thanh toán. • iOS 应用内订阅（Apple）：在 iPhone 应用内购买的订阅由 Apple App Store 收款并自动续费，续费款项在当前周期结束前 24 小时内扣取；取消须在 iPhone「设置 → Apple 账户 → 订阅」中操作，取消后仍可使用至当前周期结束。退款事宜适用 Apple 的政策。iOS in-app subscriptions (Apple): subscriptions bought inside the iPhone app are billed and auto-renewed by the Apple App Store; the renewal charge is taken within 24 hours before the end of the current period. Cancel in iPhone Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions; access continues until the end of the current period. • 取消：你可随时取消，取消后仍可使用已购档位（Plus / Pro / Business）的功能直至当前订阅周期结束。Cancellation: you can cancel anytime and keep the features of the plan you purchased (Plus / Pro / Business) until the end of your current billing period.Hủy: bạn có thể hủy bất cứ lúc nào và vẫn dùng tính năng của gói đã mua (Plus / Pro / Business) đến hết chu kỳ hiện tại.

5.退款政策RefundsHoàn tiền

Babel 的订阅为数字服务，一经开通即提供即时访问，视为已交付，不予退款。Babel subscriptions are digital services that provide immediate access upon activation and are considered delivered, and are therefore non-refundable.Đăng ký Babel là dịch vụ số cung cấp quyền truy cập ngay khi kích hoạt và được xem là đã giao, do đó không hoàn tiền.

银行卡订阅每期自动续费前我们会邮件提醒，你可在续费前随时取消而不产生下一期费用；已扣款的周期不予退款。USDT 预付周期不自动续费。如对账单有任何疑问，请联系 [email protected]，我们会尽力协助。For card subscriptions we email you before each renewal, and you can cancel before it to avoid the next charge; charged periods are non-refundable. USDT prepaid periods do not renew. 6.赠送与试用账户Comp & trial accountsTài khoản tặng & dùng thử

我们可能向特定用户授予免费或试用性质的 Pro 访问权限。此类账户不产生付费义务，我们保留随时调整或收回此类访问权限的权利。We may grant free or trial Pro access to certain users. Such accounts carry no payment obligation, and we reserve the right to adjust or revoke this access at any time.Chúng tôi có thể cấp quyền Pro miễn phí hoặc dùng thử cho một số người dùng. 7.可接受使用Acceptable useSử dụng hợp lệ

使用 Babel 时，你不得：将服务用于任何违法目的；未经合法授权录制或转录他人对话；试图破坏、逆向工程或滥用服务；转售或未经授权地再分发服务。When using Babel, you must not: use the service for any unlawful purpose; record or transcribe others' conversations without lawful authorization; attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or abuse the service; or resell or redistribute the service without authorization.Khi dùng Babel, bạn không được: dùng dịch vụ cho mục đích bất hợp pháp; ghi âm hoặc phiên âm cuộc trò chuyện của người khác mà không được phép hợp pháp; cố phá hoại, dịch ngược hoặc lạm dụng dịch vụ; bán lại hoặc phân phối lại dịch vụ trái phép.

重要：你须对你使用 Babel 转录、翻译的内容的合法性负责，包括在录制任何对话前取得所有参与方的必要同意。各地关于录音同意的法律不同，遵守相关法律是你的责任。Important: you are responsible for the legality of the content you transcribe and translate with Babel, including obtaining any necessary consent from all parties before recording a conversation. Recording-consent laws vary by jurisdiction, and compliance is your responsibility.Quan trọng: bạn chịu trách nhiệm về tính hợp pháp của nội dung bạn phiên âm và dịch bằng Babel, bao gồm việc xin sự đồng ý cần thiết từ tất cả các bên trước khi ghi âm. 8.你的内容Your contentNội dung của bạn

你通过 Babel 处理的会议内容归你所有。如隐私政策所述，我们不在服务器上存储你的会议内容。你对自己内容的合法性与使用方式负责。The meeting content you process through Babel belongs to you. As described in our Privacy Policy, we do not store your meeting content on our servers. You are responsible for the legality and use of your content.Nội dung cuộc họp bạn xử lý qua Babel thuộc về bạn. Như mô tả trong Chính sách bảo mật, chúng tôi không lưu nội dung cuộc họp trên máy chủ. Bạn chịu trách nhiệm về tính hợp pháp và cách sử dụng nội dung của mình.

9.知识产权Intellectual propertySở hữu trí tuệ

Babel 及其标识、软件、设计均为 AppBabel, LLC 的财产，受知识产权法保护。本条款未授予你任何对 Babel 品牌或技术的所有权。Babel and its logos, software, and design are the property of AppBabel, LLC and are protected by intellectual property laws. These terms grant you no ownership of the Babel brand or technology.Babel cùng logo, phần mềm và thiết kế là tài sản của AppBabel, LLC và được bảo vệ bởi luật sở hữu trí tuệ. 版权投诉。Babel 不在服务器上托管用户上传的内容，会议转录与纪要只保存在你的设备上。若你认为 Babel 官网或应用内的任何自有内容侵犯了你的版权，请发送邮件至 [email protected]（主题注明「版权投诉」），并提供：受侵权作品的说明、涉嫌侵权内容的具体位置（网址或截图）、你的联系方式，以及你本人真实相信该使用未经授权的声明和签名。我们会在合理时间内核查并处理；对被证实屡次侵权的账户，我们将予以终止。Copyright complaints. Babel does not host user-uploaded content on its servers; meeting transcripts and recaps stay on your device. If you believe any of our own content on the Babel website or app infringes your copyright, email [email protected] with the subject "Copyright complaint" and include: a description of the copyrighted work, the specific location of the allegedly infringing material (URL or screenshot), your contact details, and a signed statement that you believe in good faith the use is unauthorized. We will review and act within a reasonable time, and we terminate accounts shown to be repeat infringers.Khiếu nại bản quyền.
